Description: Rooteco is a startup dedicated to biotechnology, specifically the production of biofertilizers based on microorganisms. We were born with the vision of offering new biotechnological solutions to farmers and adapting to their daily reality, to become their allies in the search for more profitable, sustainable and environmentally respectful crops. We arose as a result of a research work of more than 10 years that has led to the development of different strains of microorganisms for crop protection, some of them in the patent process, and the interest and concern of a group of people who they saw how the world of agronomy was becoming more and more unsustainable. We currently have a multidisciplinary team of 8 experts in fields as diverse as mycology, microbiology and business management. Our value proposition is based on a proprietary technology pending a patent that, thanks to its own microbiological strains, presents advantages in terms of efficacy in protecting the plant against abiotic and biotic stress, environmental sustainability, potentiation of growth, productivity and simplicity, achieving better results with a single product than our competition with several. In this way, we are the only ones that can offer products that individually can be considered SIM.
