Description: Kelvin Health is developing a unique non-invasive and portable rapid screening solution for precise PAD & CLI diagnostics, based on AI analysis of thermography. Unlike the time-consuming and imprecise ABI and Doppler ultrasound, it enables even the non-specialist to perform rapid and precise vascular triage and save limbs and lives, also preventing unneeded invasive X-ray angiographies. After creating the world’s largest CVD thermal imaging dataset in partnership with multiple hospitals, currently (as of April 2023) containing 4,600+ thermal images of 640+ patients examined for PAD & CLI and achieving 100% sensitivity and 96% specificity, the company is now raising a $4.8M seed round to speed up 510(k) + De Novo regulatory approval and establish grounds for commercialization. The long term mission of Kelvin Health is to provide accessible diagnostics of multiple socially significant diseases in every home.
