Thanks to our technology, users always know what to give, they never waste time searching and are guaranteed a sure hit. Using Findder is a very simple and entertaining process. First, the user starts a conversation with Finddi, our virtual assistant specialized in gifts, who will ask a series of questions focused on getting to know the person to whom the gift is addressed. Finddi will then pass all the information obtained to our AI-based recommendation algorithm. And finally, we will instantly show users those gifts that best fit that person’s profile.
