Description: BioProcesia upcycles agrifood by-products into high-value protein for a more circular, sustainable and healthy animal feed. Our purpose is to contribute to the transformation of the livestock and fish farming industry, offering this sector a healthy and nutritious, yet circular and sustainable way to feed their animals. Our proprietary microbial fermentation technology upcycles the by-products of the agri-food sector and transform them into a natural ingredient with a high protein quality for the production of feed. In this way, we respond to two major problems: 1) The management of the tons of by-products that originate in the different stages of the agri-food value chain 2) the search of the animal production companies (livestock, aquaculture ) for novel, more sustainable protein sources that do not depend on limited natural resources and whose supply is stable and controllable.
