Description: AquaSave is a project committed to addressing the global water crisis by creating an ecosystem that integrates IoT devices and encourages community participation to monitor and analyze the planet’s water resources. The AquaSave ecosystem or cycle starts with the data collection from the “AquaBank” device, which has the capability to monitor, process, encrypt, and wirelessly communicate data to the App and Platform. This device is an evolution of AquaReturn, a patented device that has been internationally available for 8 years. With this device, water is recirculated to the user’s chosen temperature, resulting in significant savings to drastically reduce consumption and waste, thus helping to improve urban water management. To tackle this issue, AquaSave proposes the creation of a decentralized marketplace that enables monitoring of water consumption and quality worldwide, visualized through AquaExplorer. This generates a collaborative data market where the use of Blockchain technology monetizes the information generated by each agent in the water cycle anonymously and rewards users.
